The rules are set before any data moves. Identity, purpose, policy, device and context are fields of the connection itself. Without them it does not open.

Object semantic cipher

The owner's terms travel inside the encrypted object. It opens only where the terms are met. Everywhere else it stays ciphertext, including inside an agent or a model. Reductions under NDA.

Context-aware KEM

A post-quantum key exchange (KEM) on the same lattice math as ML-KEM. Learning With Errors (LWE). Keys about half the size at the same security. The flexible block carries context, not just secrets. Reductions under NDA.
